Who we are

Sapient Loop ("we", "us") is an AI consulting studio operating in the United States and Mexico. For anything related to this policy, write to hello@sapientloop.com.

Information we collect

• Contact details you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), and the content of your message.
• Booking details. If you schedule a call through our scheduling provider, we receive your name, email, and the time you chose.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security. If we enable web analytics, we will also receive aggregated usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver our services, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers that process data on our behalf: form processing (Formspree), call scheduling (such as Calendly), website hosting (Vercel), web fonts (Google Fonts, which serves font files and may log requests), and, if enabled, analytics (Google Analytics). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies itself. If we enable analytics in the future, those tools may set cookies, and we will request consent where required.

Retention

We keep inquiry and engagement information only as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. If you are in Mexico, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition) under the LFPDPPP. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@sapientloop.com and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.

International transfers

Our providers process data primarily in the United States. By contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed there.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
